- Approved Firearms Roster — Note that “approved” only means that it’s OK for a licensed dealer to sell these firearms to you; it doesn’t mean that you can’t purchase, possess or carry firearms not on the list.
- Formal Target Shooting Roster — Firearms on this list are exempt from the requirements imposed on dealer sales by the EOPS approved roster (above) or the AG’s so-called consumer protection regulations.
- Large Capacity Firearms Roster — All Firearms on this list require the appropriate license for “large capacity” firearms. Any other firearm possessed along with a large capacity feeding device for that firearm are also treated as being large capacity.
